2" DESIGNER WOOD BLINDS
Our Designer Wood Blinds are made from 100% basswood, kiln dried to drain excess moisture and clear coated to protect against warping and scratching. They are treated with an oil-penetrating stain for lasting quality and to resist fading from harmful UV rays. Optional cloth tapes will create a dramatic impact and increase light control.

The solid Basswood slats are beautifully shaped, then hand-finished in your choice of 36 grains and stains. For warmth, classic lines and an accent of natural beauty, go with Alva Wood Blinds.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Tailored Design
Expert craftsmanship is on display in the use of our 1 ½” decorative ladder tape. This option overlaps the ladders and can help coordinate your window treatments with your interior. Tapes also serve a functional purpose in blocking out extra light by covering up the routed holes on the sides of each blind slat.

Considerations
- Inside mount valances are straight cut and 1/8" narrower than your ordered width.
- Decorative cloth tapes are 1 ½” wide.
- Headrail and slats are made ½” smaller than width ordered for inside mounts. Do not adjust your measurements for this automatic factory deduction.
- Cloth Tapes are not available with Cordless Lift & Lock.
- Because Custom Wood Blinds tend to be heavy, we recommend any wood blinds over 72” W be ordered as multiple units under one valance.
- Wood Blinds less than 18” wide cannot have controls on the same side.
